Me too, although extended family/parents and other partners are elsewhere, but we're lucky. How are you holding in there? By the way, I got your book; we're really enjoying it.

Oh gosh thanks for the compliments about the book. I didn't know you had purchased a copy. Or you had told me and I didn't remember.

Some things feel grim here. But when I get our for a walk in the sun we have been having it feels glorius.

I think I may have mentioned long ago, pre-release, that I was planning on it, but didn't follow up. Also, a couple of (queer, male, nature loving) friends flipped through it and loved it, and bought copies too! I'll let you know any feedback.
One of my friends, Paul Tremblay, had a fiction release last summer--Growing Things--and that's next on deck. Tell your friends if any like literary horror.

Ugh, yeah, you're near one of the hubs for this, too. Hang in there, and take care of yourself.
