The cut is about the obnoxious kids who were chatting and eating in the library. Someone couldn't take it anymore, and said to them "It's the libary." but one of them actually responded "Too bad". WTF? I don't know who let those things out of their cages.

D: how old are they? Maybe it was a discussion area of the library, my friends and I like to study at these areas because we know we can be really noisy when exams are coming up and we're quizzing each other >.>
