Interview!
1. Why aren't there more awesome pictures of you in armor?
A1. Because Soph is the only one I get to photograph me and she is very busy. I’m going to try and get her to do more over the summer though.
2. You're dressing up either hardcore goth or hardcore punk. Which do you choose, and what do you wear?
A2, Goth, totally goth. For the simple reason that, if I ever decided to join the side of evil, I would want to be as intimidating as possible. A white face, gaunt and with intricate black markings is far scarier then a nose ring and a mohawk.
3. What are you up to at college? Answer this however you wish.
A3. I’ve been studying a lot and participating in most of the theater. I’ve already appeared in one production (Tartuffe) and I’m scheduled to appear in another next week (Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind). As to actual ‘school’ school: I’ve mostly been writing research papers and studying political theory, which I have apparently done well at seeing as PSU is giving me an award for outstanding achievement in Political Science. Oh, I also learned fencing. After 5 weeks I managed to best my own teacher too.
4. You're over 18. Have you done anything special and paladin-y?
A4. Special and Paladin-y? I became a friend’s official ‘protector’ and have participated in two duels for them as their proxy (first was with foam weapons and the second was with fencing foils in an bout). I became an ordained Prelate with full religious power to conduct all ceremonies, be they Muslim, Christian, Jewish or even Pagan.
5. Sue has seven oranges, and Mark takes away two. How do you react?
A5. Depends on whether Mark had permission or not. If he did, then I am overjoyed at the transaction. If he did not, then I shall hunt him down and restore Sue’s oranges to her!
