I justr went to sports first with my sis and my friend Olivia, and I worked my ass of. I did like 20 minutes on the eliptical (sp?) and like 10 on the treadmill and the bike and then i sat and did crucnches and stretch 4 like 45 minutes! I lost my splits and I'm really tense so if your taking dance with me at school dont bbe afraid if i suck. oh
