I've been wearing them since I was a freshman in college. $3.50 a pair at Old Navy!!! You can't beat that deal, I go through several pairs a year.

Now they are being worn at the White House.

Fingers crossed :D... maybe things will have settled down up here by then. I'm in the middle of finding someplace else to live so that my commute isn't so absurd. Anyway, wherever I end up, you'll have a place to stay... come visit!
