The only good that comes from this is that he passed while Bush was in office to place as good as a man that Richard Nixon did when he choose Mr. Rehnquist...also now Mr. Bush gets to choose the new Chief Justice.

DC's going to be a zoo here for the next couple of months:

- Roberts hearings begin
- The search for another justice begins
- People upset over delays in flood relief
- Federal fiscal year begins in October
- Probably more I'm forgetting
