Yesterday was successful in terms of hatbox hunting - I bought two big enough to take my trade-mark large summer hats - and a visit to a small, but upmarket, Farmers' Market in Orange Square, Pimlico (where Mozart lived for a few weeks in his youth) which yielded excellent bottled fruit juices and a truly scrumptious, moreish wheat-and-dairy-free ( Read more... )

pindar would have been fine for non-family company on Sunday morning, actually, but I suppose you never know. The journey there and back was fine, and you know what happened while we were there.

And thank you for saving me that last piece of chocolate cake! We must find the bakery and get another one!
