Newsreader Michael Buerk has said "almost all the big jobs in broadcasting are held by women" who "decide what we see and hear"

Now if only the stats for female workers weren't so bad in Portugal...

I read recently that though 2/3 of the people graduating from college are female, only a minority gets to be in leadership positions.

Not to mention that in a lot of places, a man preforming the exact same job as a woman makes more money than her.
