It seems to be the time for funerals at the moment. Like stonedsamurai, I was also at a funeral yesterday - my Grandad's. I really sorry for your loss; but if he had been ill for a long time, then I'm glad he has found peace. I hope the funeral was a good family get-together.

Thank you :o) I'd been meaning to comment on your journal and say the same. The whole thing made me think that, when I die, I hope that I'll be missed as much as he will be and, by the sounds of it, as much as your great aunt will be.
