Glad you made a decision and have a date. You never really know if something like this is "right" but you seem to have explored all the options.

I hope so, too. What could possibly go wrong? Such a simple matter--removing organs, putting other organs back in place. No big deal.

Yes, this is a very big surgery. I am freaking out about it, but I'm pretty sure I'm doing the right thing.
