I am happy to report that with each passing year, the Holiday season becomes easier for me to bear. This morning I awoke to a light dusting of snow. We would all enjoy more snow if it has to be this cold.

I have trauma associated with xmas that will not go away. But at least I can bear it these days and even find something fun about it because the

Facebook is toxic. I should delete mine, but I have enjoyed reconnecting with old friends without the need to meet for coffee or go out to be in touch. I don't have that kind of energy for everyone anymore and I have to be a lot more selective on what I choose to do socially.

For me, Facebook was very toxic.

It has many great features, but it just wasn't worth getting my feelings hurt all the time. But that's me, the kind of people I know, and how I react to things.

I can't forgive them for being in cahoots with the Russians and the far right.
