Well it's been about a month since I've come to Japan. The first two weeks were so intensely busy with training for my new job that there was absolutely no time to write / edit / etc! I used Lulu.com, and they were OK to work with. The paper quality of the printed book wasn't bad, and hey! You can get your work listed on Amazon.com for free now through Lulu. They also offer an eBook format. The only thing I didn't like -- and this was 2 or 3 years ago, so maybe things have changed -- is that you don't get any money from sales unless you've made over a certain amount of money. If you don't charge much in royalties, you wait for the money for a long, long time.
