You can try to cut off an arm :) Just kidding. It's hard to lose weight when you are running and lifting. I swear on my life I have gained more weight since I started running than I have in the last year! I have lost almost 8 inches....but I swear it's starting to get frustrating when I think about it. So keep up the good work...you are doing great:) If I can run a 5K, you can do this:)
