That was wonderful what you did with the doggies!
I had a weird dream about Big Bear: You know the house across the road from community market?

I dreamed I was back there, and then irl, I saw a photo of it, and it looked exactly like the dream. It freaked me out for some reason.
So many good and bad memories of Big Bear.

Well the doggies are only being boarded at this point, so if you have any connections with someone who'd like to adopt, or even foster them for a while, please hook us up! :)

So glad what remains of her estate will soon be settled. Did you have any more problems with that weird neighbor?

Yeah she came by with inappropriate tears when we were having a small "estate sale".
Then sent her son over to pry about our plans for scattering the ashes. I told him off civilly, but in no uncertain terms.

Why on Earth would the neighbor be interested in what you intended to do with your mom's ashes? Is there a black market for them? (sarcasm)

Oh, those two are bound and determined to be included as "family", when they're not even friends with us, and only knew my mother in her last days (when she was sleeping most of the time, and certainly not herself the rest of the time
