Outdoor Track today was awsome. Even though i missed it yesterday and i have no idea how to through a javelin because of that. Today was the first day of hammer throw training. Since me and Molly were the only new people to the event we had to throw orange traffic cones with rocks in them. Molly did really well but of course i wore these shoes that
