I have had a fun week.
Tuesday was DaDa day on which we celebrated DaDaism (anti-art movement) in Theatre History. Which meant we got to be silly instead of having class. Which meant I had an excuse to wear my hair funky. Huzzah.

I'm scared and excited and ready and so not ready . . .

maybe it's that I didn't get any other offers, or that they're doing No Exit next year, or that I just need to go somewhere I've never been where I don't know anyone. It's not so much about starting clean as it's about starting.

Today was one long day of playing several different characters, none of which I enjoyed. When I graduate from Meredith, I swear the first thing I'm going to do is be myself again. It's exhausting to be all these other people. Really.

I bought some cool stuff today, including an Inspi(red) t-shirt which I'm excited about.

I keep hoping I'll go to sleep and awaken outside of "Meredithland." It's like a nightmare. You take something, try to make it better, fix it, and walk away. So here's the deal, I've been wishing I could be involved with the choir at church now for some time, but I could never do the rehearsals because of shows. So this past Sunday I was a little late for church and so I end up being seated right in front . . . on the right side. I had a lovely day. I'm going to join the choir at church.

And I got a new hat today with hat pin from Beggars and Choosers.

And I went home to see my Mom and Dad and cleaned out my closets and drawers. 3 huge bags of clothes and shoes for goodwill = more space in my room.
