Blisters...

I have a slight blister (about half the size of a dime) on one of my toes from running yesterday. Normally, whenever I run I’ll get a small blister but the next morning it’s gone. Well, it’s still there today.

How can I get rid of it? I don’t want to do something if it’s going to make it sore; given the fact that I need to workout tomorrow and I ( Read more... )

My feet are so wide and oddly shaped that I spend more time with blisters on my feet than I do without them. I haven't found anything that really helps all that much. They do make a glide thing to prevent chafing that you can buy, I forget the name but it looks like a mini black deodorant bottle--it should be in the foot aisle with the insoles and such. I've also tried the bandaid type things that you put on the various parts of your foot--sometimes they help, sometimes not. But, again my feet are very oddly shaped so my results are certain to be worse than yours.

Once you have it, I don't really know what to do to make it heal faster. I'm hoping someone else has an answer. I know you're not supposed to bust it if it is liquid filled, but sometims I do--just depends on where it is and how much it hurts. I'm a loser, I know. :-)

Oh...forgot to add just to give you an idea of how many blisters I get...remember my LA trip when I complained about those shoes hurting my feet? Yea that was because they gave me 6 blisters on each foot. 4 on and under the toes and two on the heel. This is my life. Ugg.

Yikes!!! 6 on each foot!

Well, the little blister that I had went ahead. I was able to workout yesterday w/out it bothering me. I think when I run this wkend, I'll try to wear an extra pair of socks or purchase the bandaid thing you mentioned...I've seen that in the store before.

Thanks!
