Chapter 5

“I said NO!” Jin said glaring at Kazuya, crossing his arms in front of his chest.

“Why not?!” Kazuya asked back while glaring at his brother as well.

“It’s dangerous!” Jin reasoned out.

“And tell me why would it be dangerous?!” Kazuya countered.

“Because I said so!” Jin said unreasonably, not being able to find a valid reason why he wouldn’t let his brother go with them to the bar.

Yamapi and Ryo who were sitting on the couch for over an hour already had been staring at the two brothers who kept on arguing and showed no signs of letting up anytime soon. Both guys were running out of patience from all the bickering and they figured it was time to step in between or else this would go on all night.

“Seriously Jin, just let Kazuya come with us, nothing’s going to happen.” Ryo sighed, already at his limit. He seriously considered just going to bar without both brothers, at least his night would be peaceful then.

“HELL NO!” Jin turned to Ryo and gave the smaller man his meanest glare. “There’s no way I’ll let him come with us to the bar!”

“And why would it be dangerous for him to with us huh? Care to give us a reason?” Ryo raised an eyebrow elegantly, trying to calm himself before he blows up and punches Jin right in the face.

Jin remained silent to that question.  He just didn’t want any pervert, old or not, staring at his brother in any way possible. Jin knew that if Kazuya would join them at the bar a lot of people will take the chance and pounce on Kazuya. And if that would happen Jin wouldn’t be able to hold on to his will and for sure he was going to be arrested for trying to murder all the people who had tried to touch his brother.

“He’s… still a kid” Jin lamely gave that reason, not being able to think of anything else.

“I’m not a kid!” Kazuya fumed, glaring at Jin intensely. Just how many times does he have to tell his brother that he’s not a kid anymore? He hated being treated like a kid, most of all by Jin.

“You still are Kazuya” Jin shot back, “You don’t really have a clue of what kind of places we will go to. All the people you’ll encounter will take the chance to molest you and I will not permit that to happen!” Jin thundered out.

Kazuya was taken aback hearing from the words his brother has said. “Does that mean… he’s worried about me?”

“Oh come on Jin~” Yamapi whined this time, standing up and walking behind Kazuya, hugging the smaller boy from behind, making Kazuya’s body tensed. “It’ll be okay. I mean Ryo and I will be there too right? We will protect your little brother from all of those perverts”

“And that’s including you” Ryo smirked, earning a death glare from Jin before the older boy stomped to where Pi was still hugging Kazuya and pulled his brother out of Pi’s grasp.

“I won’t go dancing with other people or even dance at all. I’ll just have a few drinks, I promise” Kazuya pleadingly said. He just wanted to experience how it felt like being in a bar. Since their parents were visiting their grandmother and Jin was going out too, he might as well take this opportunity to experience those things he wasn’t allowed to. But of course his brother was the biggest hindrance of all.

Jin sighed heavily, palming his face while looking at his brother from the corner of his eyes. He surely knows that bringing Kazuya to a bar is not a great idea at all. But at least he will accompany him and with Jin there nobody will be able to touch any part of Kazuya’s body unless they would like to die a painful death.

Jin sighed and crossed his arms again, “Fine… but promise me you won’t let any stranger get near you.

Kazuya face lit up hearing it. “I promise!” the smaller boy smiled and Jin couldn’t help a smile from forming in his lips, seeing Kazuya so excited.

“Then… are we going now?” Ryo asked and stood up.

“Yeah, were going in a few minutes” Jin said and turned to face his brother. “Go change, we’ll wait for you here”

“Okay” Kazuya nodded and started to walk to his room excitedly but then halted when he heard his brother calling out his name.

“Kazuya”

“Yeah?” Kazuya turned to face his brother, silently praying that Jin hadn’t changed his mind at the last minute.

“Whatever you’re going to wear today cover it up with a jacket” Jin said. He knew that even in simple clothing Kazuya would still attract a lot of attention but at least he’ll be covered from where Jin was concerned. If he could he would’ve asked Kazuya to take a coat instead but it was too hot in the club for that.

“Why should I?” Kazuya raised an eyebrow, having no clue why he needs a jacket to go in a bar?

“Do as I said or you won’t come with us” Jin threatened him.

Kazuya sighed defeated, “You’re the boss…”

“Oh, and no tight pants” Jin added as a reminder. Jin knew that if Kazuya wore those tight pants of his, he, himself wouldn’t have the will to control on not ravishing his own brother in a public place.

Kazuya just rolled his eyes and went inside his room to get changed.

The three guys brought Kazuya to a bar where they usually hang out. Jin had suggested for them to go at another bar that looked more decent but got immediately rejected by the others, so he had no choice but to give in. Now that they were inside the bar Jin immediately regretted his decision on letting Kazuya join them. Because from the moment that all four of them stepped foot inside the bar all heads turned their way and Jin saw a huge number of faces leering at Kazuya. Jin knew that it was Kazuya’s innocence that made those faces leer. It was as if they wanted to rip the innocence that was inside Kazuya and replace it with lustful naughtiness. Jin stood guard in front of Kazuya as they made their way to an empty table in a corner. Jin desperately willed himself to be calm and to not cause a ruckus or else they’ll be kicked out of the bar for sure.

As Kazuya sat on one of the chairs, Jin took the seat next to him so Ryo and Yamapi took the seats across from them. Jin started to relax from the loud music that echoed all throughout the place and as he leaned back on his seat he felt someone tugging at his jacket and he looked to his side and saw it was Kazuya.

“You know…” Kazuya leaned in closer to whisper into Jin’s ear “I’ve been noticing that a few people have been staring at us strangely… Are you three that popular or a lot people are out to get you?”

“Well..we do come here quite often but as you can see those people are staring at us mainly because of you” Jin said accusingly, frowning at the thought of those people staring at Kazuya.

Kazuya suddenly turned to his brother confused, “Huh? Me? Why?” he asked bewilderedly, He wondered what had he done wrong for those people to stare at him that way.

“They were staring at you as if like you’re a prey, they just waiting to pounce on you.” Jin said bitingly as he continued to glare at a lot of people who were still staring their way, looking at Kazuya almost hungrily. Jin really had to fight the urge to not go over to those people and punch the lights out on all of them. He clenched his fists on his lap instead.

“Oh… that…” Kazuya bit his lips and he started feeling uncomfortable since he still sees a lot of people staring his way.  “Now I feel uncomfortable..” He whispered to Jin.

“It’s okay if you want to go home. I’ll accompany you if you want” Jin offered.

Kazuya glared at Jin. “No thank you, I can take care of myself.” he said before looking away. Not wanting to ruin his excitement of finally being able to go inside a bar.

Jin was about to retort something but was distracted as a waiter approached their table with a friendly grin. “Hey guys. What’s up?” The waiter said.

“Hey Shirota” Ryo smiled at the waiter.

“You’re here again. Are you guys that bored already?” Shirota smirked.

“You could say that. We’re taking a break that’s why we’re here.” Yamapi said as he leaned back on his seat.

“So, do you guys want to order the usual?” Shirota asked and stopped as he spotted Kazuya and zeroed on him instead. “Hey, are you new here?”

“He’s my younger brother.” Jin said, putting an arm around the smaller boy’s shoulder.

“Hi there I’m Shirota Yu” Shirota smiled and extended his hand to shake Kazuya’s as the younger boy smiled back at him in return.

Kazuya smiled widely as he introduced himself “Akanishi Kazuya”

Shirota pulled back his hand but not before checking Kazuya out as his eyes roamed all over the younger one’s lithe body. This was not missed by Jin though, who was already seething in his seat wanting to stand up and beat the waiter to a pulp. Jin took a deep breath to calm him down.

“You know…” Shirota put a hand under his chin, “Your brother is really gorgeous Jin.” The waiter said bluntly.

Kazuya smiled awkwardly at the waiter, Not really knowing if the waiter was paying him a compliment or was flirting with him.

“Oh that’s gross don’t flirt here Shirota, go somewhere else. Just bring our drinks already.” Ryo kicked Shirota’s leg playfully.

Shirota chuckled, “Alright alright I’m going and besides I might be killed brutally if I stayed here.” Shirota said looking at Jin while smirking.

Jin let out a mocking laugh, “Glad you noticed.”

Shirota chuckled again then winked at Kazuya and quickly ran away as he got another death glare from Jin.

Jin sighed, “This is why I don’t want you to come here” he said looking at his brother who looked away and pouted. Kazuya knew that Jin was only looking out for him and with the way people were staring at him, coming here wasn’t really a good idea after all but he was already here so he might as well enjoy it right?

Their drinks had finally arrived. Kazuya took a glass with yellow frothy liquid in it and he brought it closer to his nose as he smelled it. He cringed at the strong smell and asked “This is beer right?”

“No, it’s milk. Of course it beer stupid” Yamapi teased and earned a pout from Kazuya.

“Alright Kampai!” Jin said as he raised his own glass of beer.

“For what?” Ryo raised an eyebrow.

“Nothing just raise your glass idiot.” Jin complained and the others sighed but obeyed nonetheless.

“Kampai!!” Jin, Yamapi and Ryo said at the same time while Kazuya just stayed silent while staring at the other three, he looked at them in awe when he saw them gulping their drink instantly.

Kazuya stared at his drink for a second before he decided to taste it. Just a few gulps and he immediately stopped, not able to take the strong taste and it made him quite dizzy after.

“You okay?” Jin asked his brother worriedly when he noticed the face Kazuya made after drinking.

“Ah… yes” Kazuya just nodded, now making his head even dizzier when he moved it.

“Don’t force yourself, it’s ok if you don’t like the taste. We could order something different if you like?” Ryo offered.

“No thank you, I’m okay. It’s just my first time drinking beer.” Kazuya smiled at the dark-haired boy.

“Want me to order water?” Yamapi asked him.

Kazuya shook his head, “It’s alright, I’m fine with this”.

“I should’ve just ordered juice for you.” Jin said and earned a smack on the shoulder from his brother.

“Stop that, I told you I’m not a kid anymore” Jin smiled at his brother who pouted and raised his hand to ruffle his hair. His brother looked really adorable like that.

“Oh Hey guys”

Kazuya turned around when he heard girl’s voices behind them. He saw three girls approaching their table. The girls were wearing short skirts and low cut blouses. They also had dyed their hair blonde. Kazuya just stared at them. “They look cheap” He thought.

“Hey Jin, Yamapi and Ryo” one of the girls with blonde hair waved at them with a flirty look on her face.

“Hi girls” Jin just smiled at them, not really finding the girls interesting since he has Kazuya with him.

“Oh, is he new here?” one of the girls with short blonde hair pointed at Kazuya who suddenly felt awkward just then.

“He’s Jin’s younger brother” Yamapi introduced.

“Oh~ he’s cute~” one of the girls commented and giggled shamelessly.

“But don’t even think getting laid with him” Jin said ominously, “Or I swear I will never let you see a day of your life again.”

Kazuya was taken aback by his brother’s threatening tone. He couldn’t believe Jin threatened those girls because of him. Does his brother really care that much? It felt so good being protected by Jin.

The girls took no notice of the threat but just whined, “Awwww~ you’re no fun~”

“Then how about a dance with me, senorita?” Yamapi asked as stood up and offered his hand to one of the girls.

“That sounds nice” the girl with the long blonde hair smiled and took Yamapi’s hand before going to the dance floor.

“Hey Jin, would you dance with me?” the other blonde-haired girl asked Jin with a sweet, flirtiest smile on her face. Kazuya thought it made her look hideous though.

“Uhm… maybe another time. I’m not in the mood…” Jin faked a smile. He didn’t want to dance with any of the girls around him. He just wanted to stay by Kazuya’s side and guard Kazuya.

“Oh come on~ pretty please? Just one dance?” the girl whined again this time, batting her eyelashes at Jin.

Jin sighed, “Fine but just one dance alright?”.

“Yay~” the girl cheered inside proud of herself.

“Stay here” Jin said to Kazuya before standing up and going to the dance floor, the girl scrambled to follow him and hugged his arm once she reached Jin’s side. Jin missed the hurt look on his brother’s face.

Kazuya’s eyes followed Jin’s every movement from the way he danced, to the way the girl started moving closer to his bother. He felt even more hurt when he saw Jin dancing so closely with the girl, until both were almost grinding on top of each other. Kazuya couldn’t help but feel jealous. He clenched his fists on his lap.

“Hey Kazuya, how about dancing with me?” Kazuya turned around in surprise and saw the short, blonde-haired girl sitting next to him.

“Um… I’m sorry… but I don’t know how to dance” Kazuya smiled a little.

“It’s okay, I can teach you” Kazuya leaned backwards when he saw the girl leaning closer to him. Now he’s starting to feel uncomfortable.

“I wouldn’t do that if I were you” Somebody across Kazuya commented and the younger one turned in surprise as he saw Ryo still sitting on his seat. He thought Ryo had gone to the dance floor as well.

“Why is that?” the girl asked Ryo.

“Jin will rip you apart if you even dared to touch Kazuya.” Ryo calmly replied as he took a sip of his drink.

The girl pouted but then she smiled sweetly after a second, “Then how about dancing with me Ryo?” She offered.

“Not interested” Ryo answered, making Kazuya’s eyebrows arch in surprise as he saw Ryo looking at the girl with an uninterested bored look.

“Why? You never dance with anybody when you’re here. Are you really after the drinks only?” The girl whined again. Kazuya was again surprised at the notion of Ryo not wanting to dance with anyone. This was a side he never knew about Ryo.

“What if I do? Would that be a problem?” Ryo shot her a pointed look.

The girl pouted, “Tsk, you’re no fun at all” she complained as she huffed and went away to get somebody to dance with her. Kazuya sighed in relief.

“Just ignore those kind of people” Kazuya turned to face Ryo upon hearing the boy speak.

Kazuya smiled, “OK” he nodded before leaning back on his seat. He lifted his glass of beer and took a sip, cringing again at the strong taste.

“Don’t force yourself if you don’t like it. Really it’s alright.” Ryo said after watching him make a face again.

Kazuya chuckled a bit, “I was just thirsty” he explained as he put his glass back on the table.

“You want me to get another drink for you?” Ryo asked, making Kazuya  surprised again from the offer. He didn’t know Ryo could be this considerate.

Kazuya shook his head and smiled again, “I’m okay Nishikido-kun. Don’t worry”.

Ryo smiled back, “Well if you say so”.

“Nishikido-kun, is it true about what the girl said earlier?” Kazuya asked, trying to come up with something to say to relieve the awkward silence.

The black haired-boy raised an eyebrow and asked back, “About what?”

“About you not dancing with anybody or anyone whenever you come here?”

Ryo chuckled, “Yeah, that’s true”.

“Why?” Kazuya asked again.

Ryo shrugged, “I’m not really interested in those kind of girls. Just because they’re my best friends it doesn’t mean that I’m like them.” He said while cocking his head on the dance floor at Jin and Yamapi’s direction.

Kazuya averted his eyes to his brother who still dancing. He saw how his brother and the girl were now losing themselves in the music, grinding their body against each other among the other people at the dance floor.

It was a normal scene seeing a man and a woman like that. He knew that his brother does have a weakness with blonde-haired girls. And if his brother did fall in love with somebody he should be happy for him right? He should support his brother in any way that he can right?

But why… why does his heart cannot accept it? Why does he feel like his heart was being torn to pieces? Why does his chest ache like its being stabbed so many times?

Every night he and his brother would make love… and almost every night he would always pray that someday he hoped his brother would fall in love with him.

But seeing this sight in front of him he just realized that Jin is a man. And Kazuya knew that a man belongs with a woman not with another man. It made him realize that whatever he and Jin have is just temporary. It would be impossible for them to be together.

Jin won’t be able to love him. Jin will never love him back like the way he does.

“Hey, Kazuya” Kazuya was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard Ryo calling him. He turned to face the other boy and answered. “U-Uh… yes?”

“Are you okay?” Ryo asked again, “You’re being too silent… Do you feel sick?”

Kazuya smiled a little and shook his head, “I’m okay…” he said and then he stood up. “I need to go to the bathroom” Kazuya told Ryo as he looked around and walked to the path where there was a sign for bathrooms.

But instead going to the bathroom, Kazuya had missed the door for it and had gone through a little farther which led him to the back door. Kazuya thought since he was there he might as well go out since he needed to calm down and clear his thoughts. Kazuya though some clean fresh air would do him good.

After opening the back door, Kazuya stepped outside of the building and closed the door behind him, he then leaned his back against it as he sighed heavily.

“Well, look who’s here~” a playful voice purred beside him, Kazuya straightened his body in surprise as he saw a guy with dark brown hair wearing a black leather jacket and jeans. He was also smirking at Kazuya which the younger boy did not like since it made him uneasy for some reason.

“Hey there cutie, are you lost?” the guy smirked at him again as he stepped closer to Kazuya who took a step back wanting to distance himself from the creepy guy.

“I-I’m not…” Kazuya shook his head, suddenly feeling scared at the moment. He wanted to go back so he shuffled lightly to the door.

“Hmm~” the guy gave him a playful smile. “Hey, you’re a man right?”

“What if I am?” Kazuya stopped shuffling and glared at the guy, trying to look tough although his voice had betrayed him, it earned a wider smirk from the guy in front of him though.

“You know, you’re pretty cute” the guy chuckled and walked closer to Kazuya.

“A-ah… t-thank you…” Kazuya bowed a little. “I’m sorry though, but I have to go-” just when he was about to walk pass the guy, the other grabbed his arm roughly and crushed him to the wall, now he was trapped inside the guy’s arms and body. Kazuya struggled as the guy’s hold became too tight for him to escape.

“Where do you think you’re going kitty?” the guy chuckled as he caressed Kazuya cheek with the back of his hand, making Kazuya shudder in fear and feel uncomfortable being touched by this guy. It feels so different when it was his brother who was touching him. Jin’s touch always made him feel safe and cherished, not like this.

“Aww~ don’t look like that~ I won’t hurt you~ we’re just going to have some fun~” the guy sniggered as he saw that Kazuya was looking at him fearfully, eyes wide.

“P-Please… let me go…” Kazuya tried to push the guy away but he couldn’t, the guy was seriously stronger than him. And now he starts to feel really scared, he doesn’t want to be touched by anybody. Kazuya eyes widened at the thought of being raped as he struggled again.

“Let go!” Kazuya gathered all of his strength and struggled harder this time but guy wouldn’t budge still.

“Oh come on sweetie~ don’t resist me” the guy moved even closer to Kazuya, crushing Kazuya’s body with his.  “I’ll make you feel good I promise… so just relax” the guy leaned his head into the crook of Kazuya’s neck, licking at the flesh and it made Kazuya shiver in fear.

“NO! LET GO OF ME!!” Kazuya screamed louder this time, hoping that someone could hear him and come to his aid, but then his scream was muffled when the guy wrapped his hand across his mouth shutting him up.

“Hey~ don’t scream or people might hear us” the guy sniggered again and bit Kazuya’s neck, making the boy yelp behind the guy’s hand. Kazuya eyes widened in fear when he felt the guy unbuckling his belt he tried again to get struggle but his effort was futile.

“Let’s have fun, okay?” the guy whispered in Kazuya’s ear. Kazuya just shut his eyes tightly, holding back the tears that threatened to fall from his eyes.

“Onii-chan…”  Kazuya called out for his brother in his mind, silently begging for his brother to come and save him.

Kazuya opened his eyes suddenly upon the sound of the back door opening and saw Ryo standing there with eyes widened in shock seeing Kazuya being molested like that.

“GET AWAY FROM HIM YOU FUCKING BASTARD!” Ryo roared out as he stormed at the guy who was molesting Kazuya, he grabbed the guy’s jacket and threw him to the ground hard before kicking him repeatedly while the guy struggled to get up.

“DON’T YOU DARE TOUCH HIM!” Ryo yelled again at the guy as he grabbed the guy’s jacket, pulling him up and threw a punch right in the guy’s face sending him to the ground again. The guy stood up hurriedly and ran away. He looked back and saw Ryo clenching his fist and face set in fury so he decided to run faster.

Ryo panted as he watched the guy’s back retreating from him. He then turned around to face Kazuya who still leaning against the wall, face pale white and body trembling in fear.

“You idiot!!” Ryo yelled at Kazuya who flinched at him in surprise. The black-haired guy walked to where Kazuya was and grabbed his wrist roughly. “You’re such an idiot! Don’t go wandering around on your own in a place like this!” he yelled again at the wide-eyed Kazuya who was looking at him in shock.

“I-I’m sorry….” Kazuya whispered, looking down in shame. He knew it was his fault for wandering around in place like this.

“You’re lucky I was here before you got raped!” Ryo yelled again, and Kazuya winced at the harsh tone Ryo used, this was the first time he saw Ryo this angry. “You might have gotten raped and who knows what he would have done if I wasn’t here to save you!”

“I…” Kazuya looked down as he can feel tears falling from his eyes, “I’m sorry… I’m really sorry…”

Ryo was dumbfounded and shocked when he saw Kazuya’s tears.

“I-I’m sorry…” Kazuya apologized again as he wiped away his tears with the back of his hand. “O-Onii-chan is right…. I shouldn’t have come here…”

“H-hey… please stop crying. I feel like I’m the bad guy here” Ryo said, trying to calm the younger one down.

Kazuya chuckled a bit, “I’m sorry… I was just …” Kazuya hid his face in his hand. “I was… really scared…”

Ryo stared at the crying boy who was hiding his face in his hand. He raised his own free hand and removed Kazuya’s from his face. The boy then looked down still hiding his tear-stained face from him. Kazuya did not want other people to see him weak and defenseless. He’s a man so he shouldn’t cry like this; he should not show any weaknesses.

“Kazuya…”

A hand took hold of Kazuya’s chin, pulling his face up and he met Ryo’s stare who was looking at him with an unreadable look on his face. As he stared into Ryo’s deep dark orbs he saw that Ryo was looking at him so softly, and was it care that shone though those eyes at him?

There was something  about the look Ryo gave him that made him feel even more vulnerable and lost than what he was feeling right now. He saw different kinds of emotions that he never saw in his brother’s eyes.

Kazuya didn’t even budge an inch when Ryo leaned closer and brushed their lips together as they kept staring into each other eyes. The kiss was soft and gentle, just like the way his brother would usually kiss him, but it feels different somehow, it feels even more reassuring.

Ryo tilted his head, breathing against Kazuya’s face before finally sealing their lips together in a much deeper kiss. Kazuya did not know why he didn’t push Ryo away when he thought he couldn’t take another guy’s touch besides Jin’s. There was something about the way Ryo kissed him. It made him feel something that he couldn’t described well and that made him shuffle closer to Ryo’s body.

Kazuya could taste the alcohol in Ryo’s mouth. It mixed with the beer that he drank and that made it more intoxicating. He could feel Ryo’s hold on him tightening as the black-haired boy deepened the kiss more.

Just when air was needed Ryo finally broke the kiss and pulled his head back a bit. He stared at Kazuya whose face had flushed a tinge of red.

Ryo pulled back even further and placed his hands on Kazuya’s shoulder. Kazuya stared at Ryo while panting lightly. Both looked at each other, shock dawning on their faces as they realized what they’ve done. Ryo tried to clear his throat “I..”

Kazuya looked up and when their eyes met, Kazuya looked down again, unable to meet Ryo’s eyes. He didn’t know what to do, his heart won’t calm down. It kept on beating so fast.

For an unknown reason, he suddenly felt guilty. He had kissed another guy. He had betrayed his own feelings for Jin.

“Err…” Ryo rubbed the back of his head as he stared at the younger boy who was still looking at the floor. “Let’s… let’s go back inside. Jin must be worried by now.”

Kazuya just nodded and followed Ryo silently. None of them dared to speak because they do not know what to say after what had happened.

Meanwhile, Jin was sitting at their spot with Yamapi beside him, tapping his foot against the floor impatiently. After dancing with the girl he went back to their table and almost fainted when he saw Kazuya gone.

Jin wanted to go look for his brother but Yamapi held him back, giving a reason that Kazuya might have gone to the bathroom. But he waited and waited, until he couldn’t anymore, his patience has reached its limit. And where was Ryo by the way? Ryo had been gone too when Jin returned to their table.

“I’ll go look for Kazuya” Jin said and stood up.

“Seriously Jin, just wait here” Yamapi sighed.

Jin ignored his best friend and was about to leave the table when he saw both Ryo and Kazuya walking from the direction of where the bathrooms were.

“Kazu! Ryo!” Jin approached his best friend and his brother hurriedly. “Where did you disappear to?”

Jin raised an eyebrow when nobody answered. And he started to feel more confused when he saw Kazuya’s pale face. He wanted to ask if something happened.

“Hey, what’s wrong?” Jin asked again looking at his brother.

Ryo looked at Kazuya who was still looking down before speaking again. “Well um… you see… Kazuya almost got raped by a guy.” Ryo whispered hoping that Jin wouldn’t hear what he was saying but looking at Jin’s face which transformed from looking worried to enrage in a matter of seconds apparently had heard it quite clearly.

“WHAT?!” Jin asked in disbelief, eyes widening in horror that matched with Yamapi’s who was standing behind Jin when Ryo started speaking. He turned to his brother who was still looking down and reached out and grabbed his brother’s shoulder and shook him hard.

“I told you not to let anybody touch you right? Why didn’t you follow my order to just stay where you are?” Jin asked furiously as he kept on shaking Kazuya’s shoulder who whimpered in response. The younger one was trying hard to hold his tears in again. “I’m sorry” He apologized but was ignored by Jin.

“Why don’t you follow orders? Why did you wander around on your own?” Jin yelled, drawing a few unwanted attention at them.

“JIN!” Ryo shouted at his best friend, he slapped Jin’s hands away from Kazuya’s shoulder. “STOP YELLING AT HIM. IT WASN’T HIS FAULT.” Jin looked at Ryo in shock.

“Just let it be…” Ryo said, calming down a little as he stared at Kazuya who was biting his lip. “Just take care of him and bring him home…” Ryo said to Jin.

Jin stared at Ryo who was staring at Kazuya. He looked at his brother and saw him biting his lip nervously and was looking at him with teary eyes. Now Jin felt guilty for shouting at him.

Jin sighed and rubbed his temple. He let his temper get the best of him again. He shouldn’t have yelled at Kazuya like that. He knew Kazuya must have felt so scared and instead of comforting him Jin shouted at him instead.

“Come on let’s go home…” Jin wrapped an arm around his brother’s shoulder, bringing the younger one closer to him.

Kazuya just nodded and let his brother drag him out of the bar leaving Yamapi and Ryo alone.

“Hey, what actually happened?” Yamapi asked Ryo once they were alone.

Ryo didn’t reply instead his eyes just followed Jin and Kazuya’s figures. He turned to face his best friend once the brothers were out of the bar.

“Hey, how about another drink?” Ryo asked and didn’t wait for an answer as he went over to the counter to order another drink.

Yamapi stared at Ryo confusedly, “I wonder if something happened between him and Kazuya…” he thought before following Ryo.

Once they were out of the bar. Jin turned his back on Kazuya and crouched in front of him gesturing for him to hop on his back. This earned a surprised look from the younger one.

“Come on, hop on” Jin said cocking his head at him.

“I’m fine” Kazuya shook his head in response. He didn’t want to burden his brother more. He knew how worried Jin must have been when he heard that Kazuya had almost gotten raped.

“Just do as I say” Jin demanded.

Kazuya who did not want to make his brother more furious than he already was, so he obeyed and straddled Jin’s back. Jin then stood up and placed his arms underneath Kazuya’s knees carrying him, Kazuya immediately wrapped his arms around Jin’s neck for support.

None of them spoke as Jin walked to the path where their house was located. Along with the silence Kazuya was left to ponder what had happened back at the bar.

He kept wondering why had he felt so uncomfortable and sick when the stranger touched him but not with Jin and Ryo?

Why did he allow Ryo to touch him? Why did he let Ryo kiss him?

And the way Ryo was staring at him back there, it reminded him of how he looks at Jin sometimes.

“Kazuya” the younger one was snapped out of his as he heard Jin call out his name.

“Y-yeah?” Kazuya asked a bit nervous, wondering if he was going to be yelled at again.

“Were you hurt?” Jin asked and Kazuya was taken aback by the question.

“No I’m not” Kazuya answered as he shook his head.

“Oh, good then” Kazuya could feel his brother sighing in relief. “Were you scared?”

Kazuya looked down at his brothers neck, “Yeah I was but Nishikido-kun saved me so I’m okay now”

“Really?” Jin said, “Then I should thank Ryo later.”

They became silent again not knowing what to say to each other. Kazuya then took the chance to talk. “Onii-chan?”

“Hmmm?” Jin replied back.

Kazuya snuggled his head on Jin’s shoulder, making Jin’s heart beat faster. “I’m sorry…” he whispered to Jin’s ear.

Jin smiled, “It’s alright. I’m not mad at you” he comforted Kazuya.

“You know I was really scared to death when I heard you almost got raped. You don’t know how I wish to rip the guy apart piece by piece.” Jin admitted, at this point in time he should at least let Kazuya know of what his feelings are.

“I didn’t want you to come with us because this might happen and it did. I was so worried Kazuya.” Jin continued wanting to know what Kazuya’s response might be but he was met with silence.

“Kazuya?” Jin stopped walking as to check on his brother suddenly he heard a soft snore beside his ear.

“Ehhh~” Jin stared ahead in disbelief. “He fell asleep? I can’t believe it! Just when I decided to reveal something important he falls asleep on me.” Jin thought but still he couldn’t resist a smile from forming on his face.

“Kazuya, I love you” Jin confessed as he started to walk again bouncing a sleeping Kazuya on his back.
