I know that everyone here has probably already heard about every fact in the book on why IchiHime fails or why IchiRuki is the canon pairing, but I still like to comment on it for myself since I don't do enough of it anywhere else. Hey GokuHaru from BA here.
A lot of things you said are already obvious to me. Even shoujo girls have more of a backbone than Orihime lol.
Anyway, I think she should let go of Ichigo. I'm not her fan but even I think she's miserable.
I can only hope Kubo explains more about Orihime's dependence on Ichigo since her admiting it was her fault wasn't good enough for some people.

Yea, I know most of these points have probably been stated before, but I still feel like I should expres my thoughts about it as well. xD

LOL people will deny harcore evidence even if they ate it for breakfast. But yes, hopefully Orihime can grow and will grow from this. I mean it's about time she did something right. I think what happened at the dome was a big slap in the face for her, so of course she knows it's her fault. Now she can't do anything but move forward from here.

Yea, and not only what she did at the dome was wrong, but the fact that she made a promise to heself to do otherwise, and she broke it. She said she wanted to fight along side Ichigo and the others, she wanted to protect and not be protected, but her selfishnees got the best of her yet again. It's really annoying to see her always go after someone who she knows doesn't like her back. lol

I miss the happy Orihime too. I really do hope as well that she opens her mind to reality, and stops putting herself down just because of one guy.

I think I understand though. You know those girls, that even though they know the truth, they still try to deny it and pine after what they can't have? Yea, that's what she's doing. I think she's just being selfish and jealous, but she'll get over it I hope. I mean, she can't refuse to get better after this. It was just too much for her to handle, so she knows she doesn't want to go down that path again. Especially after realizing it's her fault, she'll want to change after that and become a better person.
