I came to a great epiphany today while talking to Melanie. That is--why back in the era of the dot coms, there were "social trainers" who would dress people and teach them basic social ettiquete. I didn't used to understand how anyone could need that, especially really smart people... I mean after mastering Big E&M, how hard could FHM or Tiffany's ( Read more... )

And you don't understand, geniuses are geniuses, geeks are geeks, but we all have a physical brain capacity - we must forget the little things like ettiquite and social customs in order to accomodate larger scale thoughts. Of course, alcohol is a readily available solution, as it seems to open up neuron conduits in our hands, allowing them to think for themselves and grab things they're not supposed to...

LOL- Allie your posts are never dull! I always find myself walking away from my computer enlightened whenever I read something from you. Very interesting. Yes- I quite agree with you. And that picture is absolutely hilarious. ^^;; I love the sardonic humor of it all...

OH! btw- could ye send me the lyrics to our Azumanga skit and english translation sometime in the upcoming week? I need to get to work on that thing... thanks!
