woohoo new post
Yo~
So, I figured out that I really needed to post this month in order to keep my promise from my last post haha. I don’t know why I fell out of posting. I guess I never feel like I have anything all that interesting to say. Plus life has been super, super crazy.
First, serious stuff. I fell for a stupid boy who screwed me over and made my spring semester frustrating as hell. Then, my sister got cervical cancer. All summer she’s been going to radiation and chemo, but luckily it hasn’t spread anywhere and she only has two weeks left before they decide if the tumor has shrunk enough to surgically remove. So, things are calming down on t hat front.
Mostly I’ve just been working this summer. I got an internship at a company that designs and builds blowout preventer equipment (so…stuff to make sure BP oil spills don’t happen again >.>…) and it is the most mind-numbingly boring job ever. All I do is write product brochures and manuals. I’m good at tech writing so it’s easy, but that also makes it boring. On the other hand, it’s a paid internship, so it’s funding my future trip to Japan XD. and Korea? Yes? Please?
Now, stuff that isn’t quite so serious. For example…I just need to accept that I tend to be attracted to younger guys. In real life and fandom. I say tend to because there are some exceptions super junior. SHINee has ruined me *cry* Why do I like the maknae? He’s just so gorgeous..and I stopped denying it after Lucifer came out because Taemin with long hair = dead Rei.
Also, Ryeowook. Not younger than me, thankfully six months DO make a difference hehehe. I was reading old posts and I can’t imagine how I ever hated the perfection that is the eternal maknae. Seriously, his voice and his looks and his personality~ BB needs to eat more, and I’ll volunteer to feed him!
Gah, I seriously need to study Japanese. I WILL pass jlpt2 this year. I get so distracted by the pretty Korean boys ♥ ♥
I need to come up with some idea that will make me post in this journal at least once a week. Maybe a drama review? But then, don’t have time to watch many dramas right now /sob. Or a music review? Maybe I can finally make some of those posts I want to make at omona FFAs. Like Suju as cars.
Anyway, I’m totally slacking at work and posting this because I’ve already finished stuff I need to do for today. I should probably get back to being somewhat productive though.
