Sometimes I think so far in the future I forget to enjoy the present.

AKA I want to go to a corn maze/pumpkin patch/ at least carve a damn pumpkin and decorate for halloween.

Yesterday as part of my job/civic engagement, we were taken to Left Organics Farm, where we spent 2 1/2 hours digging the farms potatoes! It was kind of a strange surprising thing to do, but I guess a lot of community service involves farming, especially for food banks/community gardens. so my parents are going on a cruise to Alaska tomorrow for a week for their 25th wedding anniversary. The cruise company seems really cool. I mean, the main cruises from Seattle are to Alaska, but they have some amazing trips to Russia, and Japan, Australia, South America, and others.
