Reasons why our house is going to rock:

1) We are the best people
2) Cocktail hour
3) It is the house of dreams
4) We are going to drink the MOST coffee
5) We picked the sweetest themes ever for all of the rooms
6) We can do whatever we want- there will be no parents asking us why we are doing something a certain way
7) We will be living in it... (I know that's the same as number one, but it really is the reason of why our house is going to be the best place in the world)
