I had memory issues myself, and unfortunately two professionals tried to use that to their own advantage.
Better to check facts whenever you can - preferably with more than one person.
Approps of that, do you have family members or very close friends who can help you to go through those boxes? This could help you to recognise items that may have mattered to you once (and may matter again, when your memories are regained). They could also help you to get things into context if memories are triggered.
It may not be a good idea to throw anything away while you are unsure. Filing photographs, certificates, etc. is a useful technique and so is filing older correspondence etc., even if you can't remember right now why you saved it earlier.
1) He pays more than half of all bills. I own the house. I inherited it. I never actually asked him to pay rent-He is working, and I'm living off of savings until I can find a new job, so he says it's only fair that the person working pay 75% of utilities. Also, when I "woke up" with my memory loss, everything was already here and we had been paying for the storage facility for over 2 months, so I know he had been living here a while. Just the last few months are a blur

She also spoke about this in the comments, fwiw. I think she's having a hard time and diabetes and the stress she's described in her living situation can certainly affect memory. I could be wrong, but I'd rather give the benefit of the doubt to someone who seems to be going through something truly awful. If I'm wrong, no big to me.
