Anytime this has happened to me, I notice I've been signed out of my LJ account. You've probably already troubleshooted that though...

Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah, I was still signed in, but I did check anyway when I saw your reply.

Make sure you do not have "Do not add to friends page and RSS" checked before you post. It should be found toward the bottom.

That does not seem to be the problem, but thanks for the suggestion. I would not have known to check for that.
