After about four hours in intensive care and some surgery, at about eleven o'clock last night Lynx died of complications from a ruptured bladder. For a moment he was doing better and it looked like he was going to make it, but after going home and hoping for the best we got a call that it didn't work out. I'm so sorry to hear this Darren. If there's anything that I can do to help, please don't hesitate to ask. If the car issues don't work themselves out before tomorrow, I'd be happy to give either (or both) of you a ride.

Thank you and the offer is most appreciated. I'm hoping I have it done by today, but I think that' being overly optimistic. Maybe tomorrow. I need to find a way to get to work in the morning, but I'm going to do everything possible to not have to worry about troubling people that early in the morning.
