The event is held in the Camber Sands Holiday Centre which is in East Sussex and is 60 miles from London. It can be accessed by Trains from London to Rye or by car and all directions will be sent out with tickets

The venue is 5 mins away from a gorgeous beach and is 5 miles from the historical and beautiful town of Rye but the on site facilities of a bar 'til dawn, go karting - which will be open this year, swimming etc should keep you occupied and there is also a TV channel programmed by The Mars Volta all weekend

Apparently

But you have to remember that the two guys curating it from the "rather shitty mars volta" were also in the greatest band of all time.

fair enough but it'd be a different thing entirely if at the drive-in or even sparta were curating. i just think the last mars volta cd was the most pretentious shitty album ever so for them to be up there as headliners kindof reinforces their disappearing up their own arses, kidding themselves that they're not just headlining because they were in a really good band that broke up. it just bugs me that everyone still thinks they're amazing when everything they've done is a million miles away from atd-i.
