insomnia

hbg is asleep.  hh is out of town.  I am roaming again.  I am tired, but not sleepy.  I have tried 3 times to lie down, but get up after about 20 minutes.  It is frustrating and familiar.  It will hit me soon.

Since sinus surgery, whenever I have a check up with the ENT they give me a b12 shot.  I can tell a huge difference in my fatigue afterwards

What an honor for your family. That is truely special. And your video will wait for whenever you are ready. I recently watched a video almost 15 years old. It meant so much to me, like the day it was taped.

As for HBG, she's in good company. DD runs around "naki" all the time~usually dancing!
