I looked at my horoscope earlier this week...it said Friday would be my lucky day. And so it has been. We've been approved for our home loan.

Thanks! I feel pretty confident that the worst is behind us. I'd be very surprised if we couldn't come to a deal with the seller, or if there's anything that would come up in an inspection that would be a deal-breaker.
