how do I make him happy?

going to prom with Justin today and he's being an ass about the whole thing. I fully understand that it is his senior ball, and that I will have my own, but that doesn't mean he can tell me what to do with my hair. It does not really truelly affect him. He may consider one thing prettier than another, but he can live with it if I pick the style

My God. To think that you're the one who wanted the Green dress, the green eyes, etc. I wanted you to be happy with you, and I feel like you sacrificed something to make me happy. All you had to do was yourself be happy, and realize that that would make me happy, so we're both caught up in trying to make the other happy. Meanwhile, none of it matters, and there are so many other issues to be dealt with. Things are not working. We've broken down somewhere, and I feel like it's my fault. Chances are it is me. But I don't know what to do...
