Well, my car is dying, it's not worth repairing, soI am just trying to think what car to get next?

I'm thinking I'll have about a grand to spend on it in a couple of weeks.

Ok so these are pretty much the short list, I would have to lend money for the first two but not the rest. What do you think?

309 Convertible is v. cool - wanted one a while ago - just check for service history and electrical niggles.

Vauxhall... Dont even bother.

I think I'm leaning more to a 3 series BMW, insurance should not be too bad. over 25, 3 years no claims and I drive a golf now, so it can't be too much more.

I think I would prefer the alpha, but they have reliability issues.
