too hot; this town is to hot

So this time last week i was bundled up, freezing while having my morning boogey. Today i started my air conditioner on. I have this problem with heat, due to the anemia and the meds im on. When it gets over 80, i pass out. My room, on hot days, stays a constant 95 with the window open. ( i actually have two windows, but one is nailed shut) My room
