cries i like how you veered away from what i suggested and instead made it a sort of growing up fic for lu han -- he realizes that even though being a best friend gives him the best perks, the best viewpoint to yixing, it's really not worth the pain when the person on the other end doesn't realize it. ;u;

and i'm so so glad yixing realized it; he's such a dumb douche in this and really needed the wakeup call for him to realize that lu han really was the type of friend you don't appreciate until it's too late and he's gone. yixing setting up lu han and baekhyun was such a nice move, because he finally realized that hey, lu han needs someone too, and if yixing can't be that person, another person can fill that spot when lu han's first choice can't.

and the ending guh. the bittersweetness, the open ending. both of them grew up.

Awwww this is cute and bittersweet. I like how Yixing and Lu Han's friendship isn't all about fluffy and rainbows when suddenly a third member is shoved in between. Well, not exactly shoved because Kris is a nice guy and Baekhyun is... lol more diva than Yixing? XD;;;

I love the ending too when they reconciled with each other. Of course they bawled their eyes out whenever they realize the space is getting bigger and bigger between them.

Oh, oh! That said, thank you so much! I was really struggling with their dynamics, negl, and sought a lot of help from my friends, so I'm glad everything worked out :) As with any other friendship, there will be fights &mash; some of them big, some of them small - and everyone has their own way of getting through those fights. It was just a matter of time until they sorted things out in their own, weird way :)

i really felt for lu han in this ;~~; it was so hard to watch yixing not notice him, and not see all that he means to lu han.
i just wanted to shake him at first
it was like everything he did
was slowly
peeling lu han away
bit by bit
but then!!! then!!! ❀❀ even if this wasn't the fairytale ending
i think, in a lot of ways, it was one of the only endings
that left lu han his dignity and redeemed yixing
even if it wasn't happily ever after
there was still a lot of hope ;~~;

i think the dynamics here are wonderful!!!!
in the end, you took what we gave you
and did something really new with it
