I just submitted my application to become an EMT-Intermediate. Hopefully, by the end of June, I'll be intubating and startin' IVs with the rest of them.

I had my first sexual assault yesterday. Of an old woman with dementia. Off to the ER for an eval. Who does that?

Someone at my work was on grand jury duty for a couple of months and one of the cases that went through was about nursing home staff sexually abusing the seniors who lived there. Jeez.
