while dropping chicken into the wok to make General Tso's Chicken for dinner tonight, I splashed hot oil all over the inside of my right forearm. It's hurting like hell and I think I have a tad of blistering on one spot. I've been through quite a few ice cubes trying to draw the heat out. I guess we'll see how this all looks tomorrow.*grumble

I just saw the Girls here in my home area of Spokane, WA last night.  It was a concert I've long looked for -- they tend to play in the Seattle-ish area nearly every year, and while we do drive over every year to see them, it's great to not have to deal with hotel costs, restaurant meals, 8-9 hours of round-trip driving ( Read more... )
