Nah, Anderson just uses verbs and descriptors cut together... So if I Anderson-ised the above, it'd probably come out a bit like:

Rattling... surprise.... sufficiently close to point... Exquisite flight. Swiftest... beautiful... running order very long (repeat x 3) Human presence... Invisible fastnesses!

It'd probably end with "at intervals along the Republica" though, because we all know Jon likes to start sentences but leave them grammatically incomplete... :-)
