Everyone made over how adorable and social Jasper was...they played with him. Did little tests and stuff to see if he's reached all his milestones. He had. The doctor wished me farewell - then BLEW A RASPBERRY ON HIS NAKED TUMMY! Wth? Do not put your lips or saliva on my baby! We don't need your germs!

have you tried feeding him avocados? they're ridiculously high in nutrition and have a lot of good fat.

i do agree though that your ped sounds like and idiot. i have a friend who's little girl is under weight. when she was a baby she would cry after every meal and didn't sleep well. it took a long time for them to realize she has a severe dairy allergy. even after this was diagnosed the doctor recommended that they feed an 8 month old ice cream and get this...butter to 'fatten her up'. some docs are just raging morons.
