I am seen in the ER every now and again (for mostly medical reasons) at this super small hospital that seems to see mental health issues on my records and take that to mean I'm a complete whack job. I personally have never dealt with CPS so I don't have advice but I wanted you to know that someone has read this and thinking about you and your family. I would suggest posting this in the Alt Parent community. The parents there have always been a huge resource on so many different issues. If you want my personal opinion from what you said it sounds like you did everything right and the case worker seem impressed with your children and just wants to make sure you and your therapist have a plan of action where your mental health is concerned.
