you posted about it a while ago, but i was just going to say that if you should also apply for disability living allowance. if you haven't already heard stuff about it, you should ask *nod*

Well, I have had a look at all of the benefits and to qualify for that one you would have had to have been claiming incapacity benefit for half a year or more, so it doesn't apply to me yet.

nono. i'm getting disability living allowance at the moment and i'm not on incapacity. and whats more i just got a lovely ?1300 put in my bank account from backdated moneys :) apart from that i get just over ?70 a week. you definitely don't have to be in incapacity to get DLA *shakes head* i know quite a few people on DLA that aren't on incapacity.

You can't work while being on it though can you? Can you study though? What do you do, if you don't mind me asking...I haven't been keeping up to date with your journal. And please, don't be embarrased to say 'nothing' if that's what you do do. :-)
