[Voice | Week 32 Day 5]bluetailedhawkNovember 28 2011, 21:58:00 UTC
[Tobias' voice is uncertain, a little shaky as he speaks.] Uh... hey. Uhm. Get back to me when you get this, okay? I just... wanna know if you can morph right now? [There's a long pause, some quiet sounds on the other end of ragged breathing.]
I think... I think I'm stuck again. I don't know... how. I just woke up, and I wasn't me and [now he's rambling and he knows it, so he takes a deep breath to cut himself off] Yeah.
[He'd morphed before responding to confirm that, yes, he can. So now you get a video feed of your father's very visibly upset face. Even with no mouth it's obvious.]
< What is going on, what happened, why can't you morph? That is not supposed to be possible here--! >
[Elfangor is very close to scolding out of sheer panic and not knowing what to do about this, but he takes a breath to refocus.]
< You said that you noticed this when you awoke. What is the last thing you remember prior to falling asleep? >
[Not thinking about that one time he slept for too long and thought that he'd become a nothlit again, nope, definitely not going down that thought path.]
[Tobias is in his human form, and there's a dark mark on his cheek, from taking the serum. He's scared, and it's obvious in his eyes as he looks into the camera.] I... I don't know. I was a hawk when I went to sleep, and I was just... having this terrible dream, and when I woke up...
[He shrugs weakly, looking to you, hoping to whatever gods there may be that he's not stuck. Not again.] As soon as I woke up, I tried to morph out, to morph back, to change at all. Nothing worked. I'm stuck. As a human. [The horror on his face was plain as day. He'd been spending more and more time as a boy lately.]
< Okay. Okay, just... remain calm, we will get this sorted out. Do not panic. Just breathe, Tobias. Where are you? I will come get you. >
< Sometimes this world goes... a bit sideways, for a few days at a time. But things always return to how they were. This may be something like that. > [Anything, any logical explanation to keep Tobias from panicking for not understanding what was happening. But Elfangor did not understand either, and he needed to figure this out, quickly.] < Have you consumed anything unusual recently? Where did that mark on your face come from? >
