Acer sucks

So, my laptop's hard disk spontaneously stopped working, while the machine was on. No warning, no bad sectors, no noises. It just stopped working. Oh well, not like I needed my data anyway

Oh, and did i mention that the Owner's Manual has a section labelled 'replacing the hard disk' that says nothing but 'contact your manufacturer for support'?
