Its my birthday and the first thing I did was to read this. Good thing I was alone in my room so I was able to cry out in the open. It was very sad but beautiful. I could never imagine SHINee without Onew. He's my favorite member. And the way you wrote it, by making Taemin narrate it is really...it hits the spot. Since he's the magnae and all, I thought he's the one who wouldn't be able to get a hold of his self. I'll read it again. Why am I being a masochist?? T_T
I especially love the last lines during each member's paragraph, and the part in Key's paragraph about not talking about Onew using past tense. Its so awww...heart breaking.

I can't imagine SHINee without Onew, either, except I now keep imagining him dead. I reckon I should just stay away from deathfic for a while so I can stop feeling all "DX" about SHINee lol.

I think I may have been writing this with the MKMF Best Newcomer Award video in my head or something. Key/Jonghyun broke down a lot easier than the others (♥). And haha, I'm a masochist too, sometimes. For some reason, a lot of happyfic doesn't leave me with the same "Wow, that was fantastic" feeling when reading (good) sadfic. It's weird xD

Ah, the past tense thing was a last-minute addition. Glad it worked :)

I am seriously falling hard for your writing style - it's so, so beautiful, and heart-breaking, and ngh. *_* I could not imagine a SHINee without Onew (I don't think anybody could) b-but just. you made it so believable; like this is exactly what each of them would do if it ever happened god forbid.

If it makes you any happier, I'm writing a series of OT5 drabbles, and I promise you that the series will be a lot happier than this (I'm only really 2 1/2 drabbles in, but whatever, they're happy, lol). Just...uh, watch for an update on any of the comms; not a lot of people write OT5 XD yes, there will be OnKey :D

I hope I haven't cursed Onew or anything by writing this; I'd bawl like crazy if he really did die young DDDDDD:
