Snowy Winters are the best! It's so beautiful!
I wouldn't mind having a sunny Winter for a change...going to beach, not having to wear 10 kilos of clothes...
I alredy had the opposite:a snowy August in 2006 in Johanesburg...I left Lisbon with a temperature of 43º, and 10 hours later I was freezing with the -2º and a tee-shirt! :/

A snowy August, that was duringn winter eh? Well that must've been annoying getting to such a cold place. I've only experienced -2º at night, bt a heater was on and I was wrapped in blankets so I didn't notice =p

The only time I have ever had a snowy Christmas was one year when i visited friends in The Netherlands and it was so cold that the ice on the canals was so thick that you could ride a bike on them!

Where I live in the UK, which is the very south-west of England, we don't get much snow, so while I've experienced snow (certainly) never at home at Christmas. :))

Ah you're kidding, that's gotta suck. Oh well, just get on the train to the snowy parts of England. Probably what I'd do. An Xmas road trip to the snowy areas =p

Yeah, down south is the perfect summer Christmas. So, instead of you getting bucketed down with rain you just got cold winds? Yup, that sounds a lot like winter.
