ANYWAY. Ayanami... well, he didn't have a negative impression, at least! He picked up on what the situation might be much faster than Yukinami did, obviously, and given the Yuki HE knows he was... much more inclined to humor him a bit and let him stumble around and figure things out for himself. While establishing that he himself (as in Ayanami) is not one to be underestimated or toyed with. Hence the "fight" of sorts: he COULD have probably used lethal force right from the start, but held back for sake of his own curiosity and the points mentioned above.
Beyond that, his impressions are relatively neutral, and not unlike his first impressions of Yuki and Suzu. What he offered Yukinami in permitting him to stay with the Black Hawks was basically a variation on the deal he gave the twins, too. He didn't and doesn't expect perfect loyalty, but does expect Yukinami to know his place and will tolerate him hanging about as long as there's no conflict of interests.
