Monsieur d'Epinay, are you still looking for tech personnel?

There are still some openings. Do you have much prior experience with computers?

I am a programmer, currently a self-employed video game designer.

Excellent. As you may know, I'm personal assistant to Raul Creed, the head of security at Lion's Gate. I'll be asking you a few questions to discern your suitability for the job.

Of course. I assume it will be recorded?

Due to the method of communication, these conversations will be saved to the NV. However, Monsieur Creed will be reviewing my notes on the interview on those I present to him as good candidates. We'd likely only keep a recording if we ended up hiring you, for our records.

First off, can I have your name? And then please tell me a little about your skills, and, if applicable, how you use them in your daily life.

My name is Doug Ramsey. I am a mutant with the ability to understand and decipher any language. Computers are nothing but, though I worked with them before discovering my abilities.

For now, I simply work as a programmer and use my skills however necessary in the aid of my companions.

It's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Monsieur Ramsay.

Would you say you're the type who plays well with others, or do you prefer to work alone?

I'm used to working on a team and have an easy time reading others. Neither scenario would be difficult.

What exactly do you mean by having an easy time reading others? [It's evident by the interest in his voice that this isn't one of his prepared questions.]

It's a talent of mine.

Huh. [This is moment's pause where Franz is tilting back in his chair and chewing on his pen.]

--Would you say this talent has affected your work positively or negatively?

That would depend on who you ask, but I consider it an asset more than a hindrance.
