Not at all. Mistletoe is typically hung in bunches during December. If two people are caught underneath it, it is customary for them to kiss.

Is that really all of its purposes? I mean, I'm just curious since camp doesn't seem like the type who just decorate itself without trying to do something to the people living in it too.

If I've recalled correctly, I believe this plant is called mistletoe, where due to camp's influence, now forced people to kiss without their consent.
