You know, the next time I get a hankering for hardcore gay porn, I think I'll read up on Canadian-American Relations....

Apparently, in lieu of enforcing umpteen rulings, decisions, and views by US and Canadian judges, tribunals, committees, and Rick Mercer, the Conservative government has decided to reach an "agreement" with the Americans.
