Oh, I'm behaving for now. The most I've done is shuffled about my room.

I learn quickly. Very quickly. I admit, though, I still struggle quite a bit with writing the Japanese language. While it's lovely to look at, my hands are not at all used to the calligraphy. Reading isn't much of a problem, though, as long as I'm careful and keep a dictionary handy.

So I see! Well, Japanese isn't exactly easy to write even if you are used to doing calligraphy. All those characters to write... I'm surprised, it took me years to master it.

Indeed. I grow so weary of looking at the same four walls, though. It would be nice to have a window, sometimes.

I'm certain that it will take me a long while to say that I have mastered it, as well. Is it a common language in the era that you are from?
