For the few of you who read this and my not know where I work, I work at the Shack. The Chicken Shack to be exact. (Notice the poor lady on the front page. haha. at Kohls we have a "Yes We Can" policy. which means we answer "Yes We Can" to any lame request our customer has.
it is a joke. rarely do we put our foot down. I mean we let people return things that are ten year old or things that don't even belong to our store!
