i don't doubt it -- this is so quietly haunting. upon reading it again, it's the potatoes in dirty jackets bit that is most striking. so strange & beautiful that i didn't know whether to laugh or cringe & then did both.

hey, is there any way i could get a copy of one of her books?
i could really really used something inspirational to read other than tibetan buddhist dharma books, which tend to inspire things other than good writing.
